One Day Mumbai Darshan Tour

Mumbai One day tour By Cab

Itinerary of Mumbai One day Tour by Cab

  • Start your tour at 9:00 AM from your hotel or home in Mumbai and head to the Shri Siddhivinayak Temple, one of the most popular and revered temples of Lord Ganesha in the city. You can offer prayers and seek blessings from the elephant-headed god, who is believed to fulfill the wishes of his devotees. The temple is also known for its beautiful architecture and intricate carvings.
  • Next, visit the Mahalaxmi Temple, another famous temple dedicated to Goddess Mahalaxmi, the consort of Lord Vishnu and the goddess of wealth and prosperity. The temple is located on the banks of the Arabian Sea and offers a scenic view of the surroundings. You can also witness the daily rituals and ceremonies performed by the priests and devotees.
  • From there, drive to the Haji Ali Dargah, a sacred shrine of the Muslim saint Haji Ali, who is said to have miraculous powers. The dargah is situated on an islet in the middle of the sea and is connected by a narrow causeway. You can admire the Indo-Islamic architecture of the dargah and pay your respects to the saint.
  • After that, head to the Marine Drive, a 3.6 km long boulevard along the coast of South Mumbai. It is also known as the “Queen’s Necklace” because of the way it lights up at night, resembling a string of pearls. You can enjoy a leisurely walk or a drive along the Marine Drive and soak in the views of the sea and the skyline of Mumbai.
  • Next, stop at the Hanging Garden, a terraced garden perched on the slopes of Malabar Hill. The garden is famous for its animal-shaped hedges, flower beds, and fountains. You can relax and unwind in the greenery and freshness of the garden and also get a panoramic view of the city from the Kamala Nehru Park, which is adjacent to the garden.
  • Then, proceed to the Gateway of India, a majestic archway built to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to India in 1911. It is one of the most iconic landmarks of Mumbai and a symbol of its colonial past. You can take pictures and admire the grandeur and elegance of the gateway and also see the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, which is located opposite to it.
  • Finally, visit the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya, formerly known as the Prince of Wales Museum, a museum that showcases the rich and diverse cultural heritage of India. The museum has a collection of over 50,000 artifacts, ranging from ancient sculptures, paintings, coins, weapons, textiles, and more. You can explore the various galleries and exhibits and learn about the history and art of India.
  • End your tour at 6:00 PM and return to your hotel or home in Mumbai with a memorable experience of the city.
